simple truth

I stepped on my shadow the other day...
held him down, despite his discomfort,
right in the light, with nowhere to hide
and I said,
"Not followin' you... No more! You see?
No more of your path, you'll follow ME!"
...and when I took that first tentative step...
he did.
Life's been a lot better since then.
