"Now in this scene," she begins, "your character treats me as a stranger."
"But you are a stranger," I reply. "You have always been a stranger, to me."
"Good, good," she says. "Good..."

"And you have never loved me. Everything anew," she commands.
"I have never loved you. How could I have loved you?" I ask.
"Thank you," she says. "Oh, perfect. Thank you..."

"Now hunger for me; long for me; ache for me," she demands.
"I do hunger. I do long. I do ache," I explain.
"Yes, yes," she cries. "Yes..."
