I am exalted
by a legion of
imaginary minions
reluctant to fight
my deluded war
dreamt up in a conscious coma
product of
love's abusive horror
while I was already looking back
reminiscing my history
seeing my internal tragedy
through one blue eye
one black...
Building my empire
from stable ashes
and snarky dirt
hazed
in a state of
date rape psychosis...
no credit in this life
for time served...
Imploring my troops
to follow blindly
without riot
and sacrifice their pulses
in vain
in the name of
my eternal battle...
but their tentative nature
is far from
misinterpreted
for I too realize...
we haven't a chance...
