God of Demise

By FearlessDragon

Carved in his image
We shall fear ourselves,
Hollow path of the righteous
A masochist tale,

Folly free will fables
Obscuring the eyes,
All hails to the creator
The source of your cries,

Watch his ascension
Salvation force fed through lies,
All knees shall bow
To the god of demise,

Taste the worth of humanity
A value marked by our sin,
Divine miscarry labeled as destiny
Our legacy owned by the quince,

Flesh was formed, imposed,
From the essence of breath,
But twus life that was spawned
Upon a serpentine hiss,

Watch his ascension
Salvation force fed through lies,
All knees shall bow
To the god of demise,

Fork-tongued lullaby awake!
Sprout primal venomous inspirations,
Obliterate the herd
With its mindless submissions,

Fear not the nocturne
Bringeth your darkened reveries,
Sculpt freedom in the flame
Breed sight unto eternity,

Watch his descension
Salvation smashed by the night,
All knees shall stand
Upon their own right!
