I thought you should know

By Deathkitten

I wish i'd catch cancer
To turn black on the outside
so you could see me inside
I wish I could escape this torment
This fucked up hell
The cage that imprisons me
A life I could bail
I wish the moon would hide
Never attempting to guide me
and handing me false hope
I wish it'd never shine down on me
'cause i'm at the end of my rope
I wish the sun would scorch me
Get me red hot
Shrivel me up into nothing
or melt me on the spot
Like pure white snow
Turn me to slush
It's time for me to go
I wish i'd come down with something
I thought you should know

awe jess this is a really heartbreaking poem. but its spectacular all the same. your words although somber really explode all over this peice. it left me with the heavy emotions in your pen and the paper just comes to life when you guide it. awesome kitten!

Thank you for yet another great comment & for being (what seems) my #1 Fan. It's good to feel appreciated & understood.
