Fun with ordering Food
By BetaWolfinVA
on/around 20 April 2005 i was driving a John Deere mid sized lawn tractor with a blower attachment,
first i cut the center of traffic circle, then i blew the grass off the center part where the old 3" bore WWII shore battery stood as a display piece
I lost track of the Cannon while i was operating the blower part
My Head hit the Cannon going approximately 5 - 15 miles per hour,
i escape the grape treatment by inches,
with my head not impacting the roll bar
I have a slight dent that that is middle finger long.
there was trace evidence on a CAT scan of from blood that had dripped through a crack and dried on/throughout the language center. its a tracery, but during heat or stress it is exacerbated
many years later,
I still have occasional issues with speaking sometimes when i see bright lights (q.v. day lit windows), or try to order from a menu
this tendency is exacerbated by stress
and now i am worried that my spelling ability is at risk as well
"of all the things i've lost, i miss my mind the most"
of all things, what a fucked up thing to happen to a poet.

i love serving the active duty military too much to want to loose my job and go on disability
I need to figure out how to get through this...

man that is awful, i totally respect you for not wanting to go on disability though. not sure what to say about the stress making it worse, maybe meditation, or medication?
