Wasteland

The universe dwells within my heart
Bloodless rivers inside, run dry,
Carving it a wasteland
I enter the black, invoking darkness
To guide me along the burning path,
For love has withered
Pestilence I beckon!
Scorch the skies within my eyes
Immolate the heavens into eternal cinder,
Let the blistering smoke clear my vision
Inject my veins with hell frost
Flow through me your dragon's breath
Cleansing me of all compassion
Appoint me the death bringer,
Reveal the deceivers unto my blade
Unleash your army on my battlefields,
May no virtue go unpunished
Forge the planets' crumble at my command
Allow their comets to shower humanity
Alone we stand as abomination
Long abandoned victims of His creation
Invert the stars over Bethlehem,
Illuminate my mind in truth
Cradle the manger in your malice,
Deflower the essence of its deception
The God of love is dead
