Standing still
in breezes of soft serve,
dogwood petals dancing around you.

Breath taking
in colors of secrets
lip locked and consumed, exhaling cost

Blustering,
and stirring my senses
just like some Northwestern poltergeist

Movements soothe..
crashing waves against flesh..
momentary lapse of reasoning..

Cloudy eyes
turning Cherokee red,
and in our nostalgia, we're dancing

Poetic..
a rhythm of raindrops...
like hungry wolves feasting on the moon..

Ravenous
for the makeshift moonlight
worn by spirits in the form of stars.

Predators..
passionate for moments
floating sound with total consumption

Of the stage,
in all encompassing
sunlight with the shadows in betwixt.

Cradling..
potions of strategy..
lingering with scents of forever..

Citrus musk
lithe in equine secrets,
deftly moving further from the sky.

Wild dew..
swallowing the present..
eternity silently singing

Its hearsay,
to the mantis, praying
for our one last firefly display

Shadowing..
figures painted softly..
engulfed.. As two souls mingle soundly..

Their sighing
beneath dying bandwidth,
when radio loops, replay heartthrobs.
