Facilis descensus Averno,
A brilliant tongue once spoke.
The
Descent into Hell is Easy -
This we all must know.
For
wide are thrown the gates aflame
And dark is all our sin,
It
so becomes us then to hold
Our shadows deep within.
Facilis
descensus Averno,
A masterful hand once wrote.
The Descent
into Hell is Easy -
Yet too late I look to hope.
