Sinister Ink

By Electric-Chair

As I woke up just before dawn
I notice there was a strange glow in corner of the room,
I have to say I was curiously drawn.

I couldn’t believe my eyes,
what a surprise!

There was my fountain pen, hovering over the desk .
Below it, sheets of paper scattered in a mess.

I started to read what was written I dropped to my knees, My lower lip I had bitten.

This couldn’t be!
How could my own pen have such audacity?

To put down in ink,
All of my thoughts, that I privately think.

Nothing hid in secret
My desires, the lies, hypocrisy, even all my little idiosyncrasies.

OMG I felt my heart sink, I couldn’t even blink.

Like a shark before it bites my eyes turned white!

I grabbed that stupid floating pen, it put up a good fight.

During our scuffle, we had knocked over the inkwell.

Like two Ninjas frozen in the air,
Simultaneously we looked down and stared.

All the pens words were blurred in black muddle
and completely disappeared in the ink puddle.

Suddenly an overwhelming feeling of relief
I showed that rotten little ink fink.

A victory dance was in order, In the middle of me doing the Running Man.

I couldn’t help but notice,

Did that FUCKING PEN JUST WINK ??

In a moments flash that little intruder, soared  toward
the computer.

I knew what that meant I couldn’t have felt sicker.

All my secrets were just waiting for that dam
pen to hit enter.

I ran to my computer really quick
When all of the sudden I heard my fate Go click………….
