Chronicles of a Madman (Lyssophobia)
By Melancholic VIncent
Voices inhabit in my head
They tell me about
Murder and betrayal
Dark intentions and pretentious killers
Forcing thoughts that I
despise
Spiders crawling into my ears
Webs of conspiracy they
spun
In the youth of my years
Spells and enchantments
Dormant
my reasoning
Pleasant passions of the mind
Induce me into elusive
ways
In a thousand lies
Does delusion lies
My cursed heritage
of blood lines
Does my accused heresy is confinedĀ

beautifully depicted... how internal perceptions over power the factually perceived reality.. well done!

Many people wrongly think they see reality itself, instead of this, our own feelings and experiences dictate what we perceive, but we never grasp a tiny bit of the world and sometimes this filter of perception is broken and we see a very surreal version of it.

Insanity is a measure of degrees and except for a few brain chemistry induced genetic imbalances, mostly non-hereditary. You can make yourself crazy just thinking about it - cheers Vince!

I learned to enjoy some levels of insanity, because it is actually the spice of life! But I gained the right to enjoy, since I've suffered with it a lot. Your words are always wise Dan, cheers!
