The knife in the dark

By violetdarkness

secluded
here in the dark
for tonight i'm waiting
waiting to come out
from the muderer's pocket
your sands of time run out.

your death comes near
your blood i starve
soon when freed i'd go outside
to stab you countless times
for he would use me
and soon you'd hear music
your death's chime.

tonight i'm waiting
in the dark to go out
from the muderer's pocket
i'm wanting to come out
for he would take your life
upon his will
and i would taste it
your sweet flesh
your luscious meat.

but stranger blame me not
why i hunger this
from my master's control
in his old practice
i've hungered your death
your innocense
your peace.

once in the kitchen
now this is my home
in the muderer's pocket
waiting for him
to kill.

Nasty knife there, and better hope the victim doesn't have a gun (HA)! Welcome to DP and thanks for this unusual perspective, cheers.
