Spiritual Vacuum

By lupus tenebrae

Vacuum of you and I,
Enters via water,
Such are transfusions of
Straw doll serenity.
Every now and again,
Love prevails, or tries to.

Odd men out throw asphalt
For no reason, really.
You never cast a stone
Or words, with a purpose,
Unless, spurs of moments
Run the ticker downward.

Peace comes in maybes,
Right after the ending,
As episodic night.
It bows for an encore,
So it goes, as always,
Even bells make angels.

I got a lot out of this piece, sometimes I read things and they hit that perfect spot in just the right time. Misunderstandings often prevail to end relationships, and there is sometimes a peace that follows. That's what I read and needed. I'm sure if I come back in a month, I'll get something else from this piece. Bravo - XXOO Scholar

'Vessel of your praise' thats a good acrostic man. its hard to find out your meaning in this but I definitely enjoyed making my own weird thoughts on it. Good one dude.

The meaning would be a tad cryptic, unless I told you directly. I'll leave it that way, I remember Tim berating me for over explaining my work, he had a point. Glad you liked it though, thanks Zach. Scholar
