Reality But Feels Like A Dream

By rosemaiden

It all started when we talked
Our eyes were locked

You smiled at me
And I smiled at you
Then suddenly it grew

That feeling deep inside
It was hard to hide
But oh how I tried

Suddenly you were always in my thoughts
In my dreams, in my songs, especially when we talked

Every time I see you my heart beats faster
I get nervous and my words become tounge twisters

But what really scared me is when a little thought creeped into my mind
About losing you at any time

It hurt to breath
It hurt to sleep
I tried so hard but couldnt eat

And you looked at me with those eyes that go right through my heart
You said "My heart will always be with you when we are apart"

The feeling I had was so surreal
Its like all my scars began to heal

Cause in that moment you told me honest and true
You gazed into my eyes and said "I love you"

Rose, very pretty & a nice reversal on the belief that some dreams feel real...

Thanks......a lot of people write about dreams that feel real but you don't read a lot about reality being so good that it feels like a dream
