millions of petals swirling

in winds with carefree arms

turning swanlike

to silent music

shuddering

through branches of longing

the sky shines only for itself

in springtime

and i cried for the petals

that missed the dance

filled with the dreams

from a thousand lips

as they floated

to the ground

at my feet

breaking every wall

with their quiet
