What Isn't Me

By Virgils Vigil

I deceive

Tentatively weave

Abhorrencent lies

To meld my disguise

For fickle and thin

  Reality flows

Uroborusent sin

Casualty mellows

Yellow

Melancholy

Pastures aligned

With something beneath

A purpose defined

By system of belief

Echoing voices

Of longing refute

Inevitable choices

Seemingly destitute

Loss of self

Drifting at sea

Unable to conclude

What is and isn’t me
