Belle epoque//infinity in our eyes

By slow.burn.star

nimbus flux/

abyss
glimmer.ing
resonating

infinity
will tear us apart
just to put us back together

[]

pushing us farther under

warm & out of focus

I asked him, why two people meet.

the chemicals
linger

[11.]

and I,
asleep

in my
glass coffin

dreaming
of
.
fractals
in
crystals
&
sand
/
underwater symphonies
a thousand blushing petals
take me floating again;
sparkling flecks of light sprinkled in
lace patterns
.

pulse
pulse

watching worlds collide
like waves
inside the prism of our
mind

colliding like waves
inside each other
parallel
it can be so beautiful
over and over
pink &
neon blue jellyfish hover
endlessly

adrift on
an ocean of time
we will close our eyes
& touch
every atom on fire

..
...

a boundless sea of feathery sleep;
a tide
a bed
and white sheets
motionless
velvet
we can be like this forever;
jasmine
twisting
in silence
.
find me
over
and over
.

hold me closer

our frequencies align;
you vibrate into me
liquid stardust humming in our veins

eternity into a moment;

aeons untold.
in this universe
and in all others
we are imagining ourselves.
over & over.

smile and the whole world is dust ::.
a universe inside each grain
a universe inside my eyes
catacombs of endless faith
transmit ripples
timeless
enveloped in sacred slumber
a kiss
to wake me

.

{le petite mort}
an ancient silver euphoria
over .thin skin
fingertips touching
throbbing

horizons
ebbing
electric

wonderment entangled
vast. expanding. unfolding in delicate curls down my collarbone.

.

affinity reborn
between my thighs
synapses firing

sing me forever. into your heartbeat,
I asked him
{blinking dawn}

&
I will follow you

ever knowingly into the cosmic sea;

.

I will follow you
home.

    The stars are dead and the time doesn't matter. I crumbled.

  • A former member wrote: such an impressionistic write... if love could be confined to words... defined, refined.... sucked out of the living infinite and forced into symbolic vessels of mind... these words here have tamed the wild passion of le petit mort in visions of vibrant and vibrating veracity... such beauty is a magnanimous and magnetic.... who could not follow such chemistry across the endless star dust sea.... *bows*

    Sub lingual and resonant to my souls. Your use of the abstract is mind blowing.... Write On :)

    this definitely grasps onto the infinite, I see the smallest hint of colors in your lines, maybe even soft played music. I'm not very good at leaving comments so I'll leave it at the fact that this is very well constructed and I love the way you made it seem like words caught out in the infinite space of time. Great work XD
