An Exorcist

By Malcholm Dark

What an excellent day for an exorcism...

Now, an exorcist it seems
Battles evil in our dreams
And kills demons by any means.

"Fear the priest.  Mer-r-r-r-rin!!!"
.
.
.
Strength shoulders a priest's belief
So God may grant him relief
And not drown within his grief.

"I think I lost my faith."
.
.
.
The demon uses lies
With hatred on the rise
And we become its' guise.

"Keep away, the sow is mine!"
.
.
.
Its' goal is to make us despair
To the point where we're unaware
And leaves an emptiness to bare.

"He brought you low by his blood-stained quest."
.
.
.
Within, a brooding evil grows
All goodness there-after goes
And self-mutilation flows.

"Let Jesus fuck you!!!  Let Jesus fuck you!!!"
.
.
.
A battle that can usually take days
Has left his mind in a state of malaise
And with eluded faith, hope's out of phase.

"Your mother sucks cocks in Hell, you faithless slime!"
.
.
.
But something inside shines through
Into the depths of Hell this is true
And the power of Christ compels you.

"I cast you out, unclean spirit!"
.
.
.
In the end the priest took the demon inside
He crashed through a window, the great suicide
And upon the street they both finally died.

"Ego et absolvo in nomine patris et filli,
et Spiritus Sancti.
Amen."

A fine tribute to a movie classic, the quotes were a very nice touch. I could almost feel my head do a 360 over this piece lol. I enjoyed this greatly, write on my friend. Scholar
