True Pain

By HeadpatSlut

True Pain

Bound and locked so tightly in-

Strapped down and ready to begin-

Forced to watch and feel all-

So high, so much the longer fall-

No feast this night, no mighty hall-

All loss, no chance to win-

Bound tight inside a heavy shawl-

Thrown out, apart, and in-

Stopped by yet another wall-

And deaf to such a lovely call-

Battered bones and broken skin-

Can’t breathe because the air’s too thin-

So sick if life, you rush to fall-

Let Death’s here, let him begin-

Nothing’s wrong, no, not at all-

To suffer is to win.

Nice write man. I like this a lot. "So clear is seen upon the sheet, The wretched human stain" that was a good line. Thanks for sharing. Kepp em coming
