The Blackened Soul

The Blackened Soul

Heartless is the Human Race-
Without a sense of Shame-
Wasted in its own disgrace-
And hollow all the same.

Lacking truth and sanity-
The people running quickly-
In Silence there Serenity-
Falling ill and sickly.

Casting out and thrown away-
All that was once caled Pure-
Eternal Night shall rule the Day-
With Death a solid cure.

Within the Human hearth is there-
A slowly dying voice-
And of it's 'pinion never care-
But make the other choice.

Consumed in Flame the body crumbles-
And is reduced to ashes-
Downward then the structure tumbles-
As the castle crashes.

As the people realize-
All that they've let to come-
And to their horror and surprise-
Destruction is the sum.

Dividing now the Spirit breaks-
As God has lost control-
As a population makes-
A Heartless, Blackened Soul.

Great rhymes! I really like the message here, humanity is self destructive we need more love in the world
