Riddles In the Dark: What Am I

Reach out to touch
You miss by a mile
Music as such
Might make you smile

I'll take up no room
So please don't be frightened
I'm quiet and subtle
Your senses I've heightened

Return me
Or burn me
Forget me not

I seek something final
Is it cool
Is it hot

The answer...or subject of the riddle is...SOUL. First the SOUL is invisible...there
is SOUL music...there is belief a SOUL can be sensed, particularly by those
in belief of paranormal...you may be able to help a soul return to a resting
place...or if cremated like my brother, that's where the burning came in...as
far as the ending...seeking something cool or hot...I was referring to
heaven or hell.
Not very good really...done in just a few minutes. But it was fun trying . And I did "tag" the answer but thought it would be good to explain it.
