Love came at a time when mine eyes were bound shut
by dark skies
and warm nights.
When it left, it took everything I knew.
When
it left, it left nothing.
To love, I've never wanted more.
To leave, I've wanted more than ever.
It takes to long to remember
just who i was.
Memories of broken glass in every step my thoughts
take.
These dark skies have never looked so full.
And this
rain will try in vain
to fill these holes.
