How strong are your beliefs

So many to choose from
For all walks of life
Buddist, Catholic, Taoists alike
Each so unique
Believing theirs truest

Let all have their choice
It's only what's right
There's some things that shouldn't
Cause a big fight

We each have a choice
We each have a taste
Don't push yours on me
It'd just be a waste

Hold to your convictions
Be steadfast and strong
No matter the suffering
Your choice is not wrong

I take mine black with French Vanilla please =)

This was honestly written as comic relief. It truly was just about the MANY ways people order their COFFEE. However, I was comparing it to how people are with their more serious beliefs. I'm not sure people are seeing my reference to coffee as the "punch line" to this poem. LOL But I truly enjoy everyone's comments and the willingness to be so open and let people have the right to believe whatever they want. Taking each others rights seriously IS important. And so is my coffee =P

I totally agree with you, why must people bicker over something so futile?
