shatter me likes a bulls eye
arrow up and tipped down
we both know this hunt was
for blood

counting on the favorless
flavorless taste of revenge
burning our tongues like
peppered down disgust

you only spoke like you knew
the secret words to this
cave, even Aladdin won't
rub is genie down for a
taste

mounting tigers and shooting up
stars we're like animals in this
ruined tavern

drink up darling for the nights
still young, and i'm ready to bounce
when you're full of liquored up noise
and bandaged heartache

prose like no other ingenius
disguise faking portraits of life
like you meant to be wise

no russian roulette could save your
blacked out intrigue, the infatuation of
love from a pony, to a steed.

baby, i won't  call you that.
because it hurts like this hell
the zest of this anticipation rocks
this gate keepers boat

where the grim ripper tore down
our great wall of china
take me back to the days
and i'll kiss you happier there.

make me memorize the face
of til kingdom come
we're a shot glass away
from forever after.

and i read as if it were fragments of things to come, held together by the reality that is and the things that passed behind the base of things, something of a tapered vision of the fog weakening, and finally being able to sleep because reality is now better than my dreams -symph-
