Light and dark
Forced
into one
Swirled together
To make one [fractured] soul.
Fear,
isolation, anguish
Tear apart a [once beautiful] soul.
Shattered,
darkness consumes,
Overcoming all traces of light?
Two become
one,
And fall back apart,
Bleeding together,
And blending,
Fighting, clashing,
Lightning on a .starless.night.
Craving
isolation,
Needing to be loved,
The war wages on,
Setting
all traces of sanity ablaze.
One day a perfect soul
Will rise
from the ashes of this
Storm.
