Mind and Matter

By Huey Lewis

In one door
Out the other
Follow around
My big brother
Looking in- beyond outside
A simple test
Or famous crime

If I die
Among the clutter
Repair this fence
Where I did stutter
Something else
Remained in tact

A end to my
rail road track

In this peace
Of mind and matter
It's served to you
On a silver platter

Corroded flakes of memories
Something less -
A plastic dream
Give a reason
Or chance to breathe
You'll walk among
My final seed

This made me feel like there is a turmoil within, a struggle that you are searching. I enjoyed this piece, one of my favorite from you. Wonderful job. Great flow.
