Friendly Demise

My desperate attempts
To achieve the unachievable
Are lost in dishonesty
And the unbelievable

As all this shit gets closer
The confusion sets in
Confusing my train of thoughts
That are ending in oblivion

Unexplainable explanations
Defeating expectations
Of those who say they care
But never help your confrontations

Assembling youthful dreams
Escaping the inescapable
In hours soon to come
Containing the impressionable

Making me sound so great
Reaching for the unattainable
To that which I am not
Just completely reliable

Taking the time
While intervening with the unreal
Complete dissatisfaction of our youth
Displaying ourselves in the surreal

Decisions kill one or more
All of them in their beautiful disguise
It's impenetrable force surrounds
As we go off to our friendly demise
