Nothing at all

By Dejected_Worth

Four shots into a long night,
and I just realized
I'd kill myself if only I could find the time.

Somewhere in between
The heartache and hang over
her memory still lingers,
within the tinge of a 100 proof
and pathetic display, of childish angst

A new-Found reborn repertoire
of amazing grace in the key of some sad sin
simple needs complicate the mass
of all the expectations we are born with
Some days the weight is all too much to bare
And others, the world weighs nothing at all

Two lines inside a long Goodbye,
and surprise, surprise
Juliet whispers an honest reply

"I'd kill myself if only I could find the time"
