you're the poem I erased

By freudian-slip

I need not waste this space...

it is almost as precious to me as the moments that passed
when
simultaneously
I became your savior
and you became my saint

yet how quickly we erased
all our greatest intentions
geared in the direction of we

masturbation aligned so quickly with complacency

blame ridden
with all the past emotions
minus the girl jumping out of the cake

jesus

fuck
I miss you so much I can hear my heart break

(forgive my simplicity here)

ya know... I refrain from commenting on this every time I read it, if only just because... it hurts. simplistic, perhaps. beautiful, yes.

Never apologize for you poetry! Well unless it's that 3lined, over formatted, too many numbers and fbombs, trying to sound wise shit. But this...deserves not apology! It's enjoyable. It's like witness a heartbreak without the background music. I'm happy to have read this.

Tragic, and spoken well. I think we all have felt this before, and you put it into a work of words. Lovely.
