Crawling off the spider's web

By Cherry Bear

I watched the innocence fade
Washed your tears from your face
I mopped your brow of the sweat
Caused from the pain it took
To get you off your knees

Letting the little things go
Releasing all the enemies
To my dying day never will I regret
The sacrifices that I made
Just to get you to this better place

Decided to comment on this, but I'm finding it hard. I get this weird sensation in my gut when I read it...not good...not bad and not even somewhere between. I don't know. I'll get back to ya.

:::laughs::: Gotta love the dp spell check robots. You can always spot them by their classless highlights of spelling errors.
