Surely

By Scarrzz

Surely MiLady, Thou art Fair
From a distance I see the sunlight
Shining from Thy brown and golden locks
As if a waterfall were comprised of honey

My pace quickens, as does my heart within my chest
Nature draws me to you; I have no choice in this
But had I a choice, I would make none other
Surely Thou art Fair

Then to me you turn, eyes as blue as morning sky
You pierce me with your gaze
Almost enough to keep mine from wandering
Towards the warm skin below

A knowing smile with upswept tips
And then a formal curtsey
You know my eyes will follow
Whilst you steal my breath away

Surely MiLady, Thou art Fair
The words escape my lips
Then Surely Sir, You would escourt me
To The dance at eventide

'Twould be my greatest honor,
and my pleasure as well
To escourt you anywhere.

But alas I must entreat you
Make no plans for the morning

For surely I shall hold you
Till our passion spends the night
And then in breathless whisper
My name escapes your lips

This one was written as a tempting tale to entice someone to think of the possibilities when she got home. Sadly, the possibilities were wasted, again. Scholar
