Breathe.
Descend metaphysical stairs,
Reaching levels of the mind,
You once didn’t know existed.
Familiarize yourself,
With the stranger you carry deep within.
Allow yourself to sink further.
Achieving enlightenment you
Didn’t think possible.
Inhale. . . Exhale. . . Inhale. . . Exhale. . .
Open the door
And step into your room.
It’s not since before birth,
That you’ve truly been home.
Crawl into bed,
And rest.
Inhale. . . Exhale. . . Inhale. . . Stop.
Savor this moment.
Purity and wholeness
Are not often felt.
Exhale.
And be at peace.
