Tenderly I step lightly towards thee,
Begging with hollow eyes for the chance to love you.
Craving the smell of your perfumed hair,
Longing for the gentle touch of your lips to mine,
Reaching for your soul.
How I wandered….
Traveled the garden of dreams in hopes that I will be graced with your beauty.
Fallen is my heart with the despair that you will love another.
Like a ship lost at sea I am in reckless abandon, adrift, alone…
Pleading to you with no words spoken…
To hear you speak….
I would submit a thousand deaths…
For you sugared phrases echoing in my head.
Clawing at some form of reality…
Wishing, wanting…
Passion, desire, lust, carnage, torture…
This is the ranting of my lunatic and fiendish conscious.
To love you is eternal torment,
To push you from my sight…utter anguish.
My thoughts suffer decay,
A dark and dismal place is what I call home.
I will have you…
If it takes my lifetime and the next…
I will feel your light in a way that can only be expressed as Godly.
To know you are worlds away…
To feel you slipping…
Lost.
