rswhitelock (again): refusing to remove diss-poetry (again) and being confrontational (again) when warned by not one, but two Council members (again). Also, taking the harassment to comments and further attacking a member (again).

The only thing probably not happening again, is the un-ban. Council enforced.

Banned again under a new name, moments after the first. While we may eventually ease on a ban, creating a new account to circumvent such a ban, will result in another ban.

Rebs: permanent ban. Reasons:

Using at least two duplicate accounts (Mallory Renaldi, Claudia) to rate one member's works a "1" with a total of 58 votes across all accounts and targeted works.

This is a problem for two reasons. First, it's not permissible to create additional accounts, and this is one reason why we have that policy. One account per human. See the ToS. Second, rating someone's works uniformly as "1" (the worst rating) violates the "be nice" provision of the ToS. It's pretty cruel to make someone think they are not very good writers by doing that, and it's completely contrary to what this community stands for.

When someone is banned, the way to ask for forgiveness is not randomly cussing, threatening, and generally being an ass to people on the chat. For either Rebs logging on as her husband, or Hillibilly himself this is not ok conduct and was voted as an additional ban for circumventing a further ban. Council activated ban initiated by me and at least 2 other council activating the ban.

Persephone Lashley: previously Lady Dillane and then Rebs, under which she was banned for violating TOS, has tried to sneak under the radar.

maktub: Exactly the same reasons as above.

Lorrol: Ditto

ReadLance: Ditto but was previously HighlandHillbilly and whose real name is Lance Holcomb.
